The crew was working very hard. They were slammed and still efficient, even with a rude customer in line. People have no patience and want immediate super star service. A person in front of me was filling out a bogus review because they didn’t like that the staff was busy. They were not rude at all and took care of the customer. It’s literally getting a drink somewhere, not surgery. Be kind to those around you. Thank you for my drink, it was perfect and even if it wasn’t, I know you’d take care of it.
i just got a drink from here. i saw 2 people working the lady in the back didn’t even acknowledge me but i don’t mind. the dude who looked like was actually working eventually took my order and I got a green tea and I asked him if he could add mint in it and in a very rude way, he said like “like peppermint syrup” and I said no I thought y’all had mint and he said no we have the peppermint syrup you wanna add that like I knew what they had and I knew what I was ordering obviously not, that’s why I asked he was very rude abou... read more
