overpriced -overworked - underpaid!
december 16th at 7:30pm me and my husband came and ordered a coffee the lady ingram took our order and filled our cup half way up and gave it to us , i told her that it was filled half way up ,. and she said oh i will fill it up with more ice , rather than filling it up with the coffee i paid for which was $21 dollars , on top of that she seemed annoyed that we came and ordered, i love starbucks and never had this happen to me . very disappointed!
Absolutely ridiculous. This Starbucks closed 8 minutes before the posted closing time. If you say you’re open until a certain time, then stay open until that time. I drove out of my way and was turned away before closing totally unprofessional and disappointing.
Hi! I really like Starbuck here but I have a few suggestions that this branch can lisoand pay attention. I am a person who love to drink matcha and usually I call more power matcha to wishes that I can meet my wishes when I drink but I see that while the preparation staff, they measured too much milk leftover they will fall away I feel that it has reduced the number of matcha I called more.
