Terrible. My presence and a friend from overseas was not acknowledge. After 5 mins of standing there, being ignored, we left. Will go to fox in the snow or pistachia Vera instead
I need to take a moment to shout out not only next level service, but what I consider astounding integrity. Let’s unpack my latest experience at Starbucks… I drove to my New Albany Starbucks across from Torchys Tacos, and got in the drive thru line. I was greeted quickly, drive thru was moving smoothly, the voice over the system was kind and patient (I believe this is the same gentleman who handled my transaction at the window). Very friendly, efficient Starbucks location. I love that there is a cafe here, it is great to visit.
