Approached the counter and Lucas just stared at me. He looked down then back up and continued to stare. I asked him if he was ready and he just continued to look. I went to another Starbucks earlier in the day and the staff were pleasant and energetic. This fella should be in the back not interacting with customers. My hot drink (cafe Americano) was lukewarm. Very disappointing experience

Stood there for 10 minutes nobody around sign and Google says they are open
Terrible. My presence and a friend from overseas was not acknowledge. After 5 mins of standing there, being ignored, we left. Will go to fox in the snow or pistachia Vera instead
I need to take a moment to shout out not only next level service, but what I consider astounding integrity. Let’s unpack my latest experience at Starbucks… I drove to my New Albany Starbucks across from Torchys Tacos, and got in the drive thru line. I was greeted quickly, drive thru was moving smoothly, the voice over the system was kind and patient (I believe this is the same gentleman who handled my transaction at the window).
