Ordered to go and realized once I got home that the coffee was completely watered down. I just threw it away. Yuck.
The app shows a time left for the food and it is never ready on time. They say they are busy on weekends mornings but they also say it is always like this and they never planned on it.
The blended mango strawberry lemonade energy refresher I ordered was not made correctly. It only tasted like lemonade and nothing else. The employee in the drive thru did not provide me with a receipt, so when I went to complain on the website, Starbucks customer service representative refused to do anything without the receipt.
To me the place was busier yet they they've and things went great
