I usually have great experiences at this location but today was really disappointing. I ordered a matcha latte with specific instructions and received the wrong drink. I was given a coffee instead and did not realize it until I got home. I drove back to have it corrected and the replacement still was not made correctly. It was missing the sweetener and the whipped cream I had originally asked for. The drink tasted stale and I did not receive any apology for the inconvenience or the extra trip. I was here visiting family and decided to do a mobile order for pickup. My family lives 12 min from this location, so Sunday July 6th, i ordered my drink in the driveway before i left at 8:18am. I arrived at Starbucks around 8:31 am and my drink was not ready. So yesterday 6.20.2025 I ordered my usual drink in the drive thru. Half way through my drink I discovered there was an empty half pack of raw sugar in my drink. Gross! So I called to have a remake and would pick it up the following day 6.21.20252025. The barista took all of my info and told me that I was good to go.
