This has been my go-to location for years at this point and I have steadily grown more frustrated with them. The drinks and food are alright, most of the time they know how to make a tea or a frappuccino. The problem is the wait time and how some of the newer staff will treat you. Typically I find the older staff to be much nicer to handle (especially on bad days where all you want to do is get a sweet treat and go) but if you aren't super happy go lucky or act apologetic when the staff make a mistake the newer staff are typ... read more
Weirdest experience we've ever had at a Starbucks. We ordered two coffee's and they refused to allow us to pay for the beverages. Other employees were laughing and snickering behind the counter whenever they'd say... "Just go. We're not taking your payment." We just threw the coffee's away. It seemed creepy.
