I ordered a coffee and it took 45 minutes for me to receive it. The employee's name was Madi I believe, and when I asked about the status of my order she passive aggressively sighed and proceeded to walk away from the espresso machine and complained to another coworker before walking off entirely! I've never felt more embarrassed and humiliated asking about my coffee before!!! Her coworker's were very nice and apologetic and handled my drink for me. Literally the slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had. It’s actually unbelievable. This also isn’t just a 1 time experience, this is every single time I go to this location.
The barista that works during the week uses way too much milk in the coffees. I get the same coffee at other Starbucks and it taste much better. I’ve noticed it the last couple times I’ve come and I’ve decided I will no longer go to the Starbucks. also I feel the service is lacking. They’re not very friendly. They don’t say hello at other Starbucks they seem to greet you when you come in and seem to be in a better mood not sure what’s going on there.
Alice and her coworkers at this location, are the VERY BEST!!! My family and I always receive the very best service here! They deserve the highest praise and recognition for a job very well done.
