This starbucks caught me off guard. I went inside to pick up my mobile order, it took them 40 MINUTES. Not even exaggerating.. ordered 2 drinks and banana walnut bread. I got my drink at 40mins mark, so i asked how long does it take for the other drink and the food. And this filipino barista’s response was “you want a refund?” In a condescending tone. So i said “No i just want the rest of my order. This was a very rude interaction. I understand it was a very busy hour but gadddaaamm, change jobs if you hate it so much.
So I never write a review unless I’m blown away and I’m completely blown away in a good way. Me and my friend were meeting there for coffee and I’ve never been a Starbucks fan but this service was amazing! The girl with short black hair. Took such good care of me and my friend I can’t remember her name. She brought us our food and asked us if there anything else she can get it. Really really Blown away. Makes me wanna go back and get another coffee ☕️ it was that good and my coffee and food was perfect!

My favorite Starbucks ever. We had to move however my wife swung by as she was in the area for our daughter and the staff here remembered and asked about me which made me feel so special. This Star bucks will forever always be my favorite.
This is usually my go-to Starbucks in the area, but after yesterday’s experience, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. My drinks get messed up at least 3 out of 5 times I go there and with that information, I had to have my drink remade yesterday. Usually it’s no issue, but apparently this time it was so heinous of me to ask. I was treated poorly by Leiani and was treated as if I was asking for a million things.
