This is usually my go-to Starbucks in the area, but after yesterday’s experience, I’m going to take my business elsewhere. My drinks get messed up at least 3 out of 5 times I go there and with that information, I had to have my drink remade yesterday. I never thought I’d write a Google review for a Starbucks, but this location has been a favorite and part of my routine over the past two years. Whether I needed coffee, a quick break, or a place to recharge, it was always there. The baristas are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, even during busy times. Their service always feels personal.Thank you to the team for making every visit so positive.As my family moves away, it’s a place I’ll truly miss.
This has been my go-to location for years at this point and I have steadily grown more frustrated with them. The drinks and food are alright, most of the time they know how to make a tea or a frappuccino. The problem is the wait time and how some of the newer staff will treat you.
