Maybe the woman working was having a bad morning, but taking it out on your guests is not acceptable behavior. I had been waiting for 10 minutes, with a notification that my order was ready, when I simply asked to check in on my order. I was told “I don’t even know the name on your order” in a super rude tone, and I then watched as the woman working flung the cup around that was meant to be my drink order. The worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks, no direction as to where the line for the register is. If you stand next to the food case people with cut you in line and you try to be polite and just stand behind them so you don't get cut off again and then the employees yell and you and tell you you're not in line and if you want to get in line to move back to the original spot you where in and then get cut off by and even bigger group of people. Shawna and Robin make my morning every day! The entire crew is wonderful and I’m thankful to be able to connect with the baristas whenever I’m in!
It is a busy location (it is to be expected with its proximity to other businesses) but everything else about this location is one of the best Starbucks that I have been to. It is clean and the staff are polite people. I just moved to the area but this is now going to be my preferred location.
I've been here many times. Are always pretty busy but everyone is helpful trying to get everyone's coffee going asap. Only gripe is it's so loud inside because of customers sitting with very little space.
