Great way to start the morning in Columbus!
The workers are rude and have no sense of urgency. They take their sweet time to give you your order, and when they finally do, they act like they’re doing you a favor by preparing your food.
Coffee drink was solid, but team needs greater sense of urgency and notify customers at ordering that there is a 15+ min wait.
Do I ever review Starbucks? No. Do I ever review airport Starbucks? Definitely no. But I think this might be the most efficient, kind, and overall positive experience I have had at any Starbucks ever. Long lines and complicated orders doesn’t even phase this staff. They had food and coffee ready so fast and with a smile. Honestly a great start to a long travel day. This staff should be rewarded and recognized for their efforts. Genuinely impressed!
I'm here on May 25th, 2025, at 4:30 PM, and it’s buzzing with activity! I just want to give a shoutout to the two staff members—so friendly and efficient! They even suggested a new favorite drink that totally made my day! God Bless to all the amazing airport workers out there! 💗
