I have been here a few times and have noticed the service is pretty slow. Thankfully I always have plenty of time to wait but if you are on a time crunch you may need to skip this one. Coffee and drinks are delicious though. I do normally stand in line to wait and have never tried to order though the app so I cannot speak to if that would be faster.
There were 5 people who ordered fancy drinks and warmed food after me. I ordered 1 Americano. They completed all of their orders before mine. Then when I asked where my order was, the lady was rude. She deliberately made my drink incorrectly after I asked, just to spite me for asking. Could not have a worse experience at a Starbucks.
When a customer comes up to your counter but you are still working on previous order, yelling “We’re not ready to take your order” is not appropriate. Especially since the customer ahead of me had left and there were no other orders. I went to the establishment to your left and got a beverage.
Ordered two Carmel ribbon crunch Frappes. Both had no sweetener/carmel. The employee also was using a whip cream canister that was completely out of C02. It was just coming out as pure liquid. We brought it back and the staff was kind enough to remake them even though it was busy. The same colleague then went and used the same exact whip cream.
