3 employees working, but this somehow has got to be the slowest coffee shop I've ever come across. Even though this is Columbus (Not JFK, LAX, Chicago, Miami), which isn't a particularly busy, it literally took 20 minutes for me get my plain iced coffee. I don't know what their rate is when actually putting out orders, but it is glacial in its place. Unless there's no line and/or you have time to spare, I'd think about coming here before your flight.
I’d love to give a zero. I travel extensively all over the world. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. They made my drink wrong the first time. Ok. But when I showed them on the app what the drink was they argue with me and make it wrong again and refused to correct it. I have a medical condition and can not drink lemonade and that is what they made. When I told them I’d not be able to drink it the 2 women making drinks said not my problem. La espera es demasiado larga y las 2 chicas se la pasaban hablando y paraban de preparar las bebidas por eso la espera fue más larga ya que no había cola, salí por la puerta c47, espero que esta se la locaziln correcta!
i used mobile ordering like 5 mins before boarding and the baristas had my order ready like 2 mins after, despite the amount of volume of people ordering
