Update: this location has done a renovation, no longer charges for non-milk options, and overall has really made improvements in the service. I have updated my view to reflect that. Great work! Ilive right by this Starbucks and have been going here for years. The long lines, parking lot and drive through configuration sets the stage for the entire sub par experience at this Starbucks. 25 minutes for a single cup of coffee. Ordered 15 minutes ahead and waited 20 minutes inside the store. Unbelievable!!!
I go to Starbucks often. I always order the same two items. Today, at this location, I ordered my same two items. The person working the drive thru was less than excited upon taking the order. The person also argued later about the Perdect bar I ordered. I asked for the dark chocolate chip peanut butter several times. The person kept telling me they only have the peanut butter amd the chocolate chip and continued arguing until I produced the wrapper from my last one. Parking lot is a bit of pain, the drive-thru traffic blocks most of the available parking. But aside from that, great for a smaller Starbucks.
