If you close at 8:00, then close at 8:00. You should be able to serve items until 8:00. Visited at 7:40. They could not serve a basic mocha because they had already cleaned the machine! I have worked food service before. I know it can be stressful. I know what it’s like to just want to go home. If that’s the case though, list your closing hours earlier. If you close at 8:00, then close at 8:00.
The costumer service was horrible I was polite and said thank you multiple times and I just got a stink eye the drinks were decent but they were horribly rude I don’t remember their names but someone needs to handle this behavior this needs to come to an end immediately.
Always makes the best drinks and are super friendly and not a long wait either! Great job!!
Starbucks and Target not the best atmosphere but everything else was good.
