Ordered at 1:34, marked my order completed and at the pickup order by 1:43. Didn’t get my actual order until 1:56 only because I had to ask for it. It was literally just a brewed tea and banana bread. Then when I asked about my order, asked me if I picked up my food, I said I picked up nothing because I didn’t receive nothing. Once my order was created, no apology, no nothing. People that arrived after me were served first.
