Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme (without caffeine) for my daughter and not only were there zero caramel crunch toppings, but the drink itself was literally just milk and zero caramel. 0/10. Wasted money. Customer service 2/10. My drink was not even filled to the top.
May 3rd.. I came to this location and I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks, and honestly? It wasn’t just the way I was treated — it was how I saw the staff treat each other that made it worse. From the minute I walked in, the vibe was off.
