This place sucks. Customer service is trash. Whoever is working the counter 1/27/26 @ 10am needs to be fired. Rude for no reason. She’s standing at the register until you approach and as you reach the counter she walks away, pretends to be doing something… then approaches the counter and still doesn’t speak. I have never really gotten a good drink from this Starbucks. Whether it be coffee or tea the baristas here are rude and disrespectful. They really need more training on how to prepare drinks. We only get drinks here as a last resort when shopping at Kroger
