Service can be inconsistent–multiple occurrences where a sign is left at the counter stating “we’ll be right back”. Biggest issue is inconsistent stocking–seem to always be out of chai concentrate, bakery items, and basic components for standard drinks (vanilla latte, caramel macchiato, etc.). When things are in stock and service is available it is like a normal Starbucks.
3 times I’ve visited didn’t have what they needed to make beverage didn’t matter. Went in the morning and later in the afternoon. I go to Scooters now.
I would give a zero but…. 25 minutes later and still waiting for my drink. This Starbucks has been going downhill for a while now. Never enough people working. One person working on a Sunday Morning!!!
