Ordered a tea and went to use my point and the employee tried saying I couldn’t that a tea was 200 points. I told him it wasn’t I’ve done it before, I told him make me an iced coffee then he got made cause the drink was already made. He ended up voiding it and giving it to me but him making me feel belittled and stupid in the process was pretty upsetting. Can do my order ok here. A fella got it perfect on Thurs. But again it's wrong today. How hard is it to leave off the foam on a no foam latte? Pain in the backside.
For how busy this Starbucks is on the daily, they are so polite and have wonderful customer service- which you don't get everyday. Every time I've gone in or gone through the drive-thru, the baristas are always so kind. It really sets the scene, because I've been to a nearby Starbucks where they are so unbelievably rude, so this one is a nice refresher and really sets a great standard.
