Quick service, even from the app
this is the starbucks i got hired at years ago and have seen its ups and downs over the years since ive transferred. today i got a latte w/ some modifications to it and it is so delicious and dare I say better than how i’ve tried making it at my store. the girl (i forgot to look at her name tag to give a proper shoutout) at the window was polite and very sweet!! very proud thank you guys sm!! i miss working at this location too.
We have been coming to this Starbucks for for nine years, but recently the quality of service has gone down hill. Our orders have been incorrect or inconsistent on quality, when we try to let them know the order was wrong the baristas have been rude or confrontational. As a former long time Barista and Starbucks partner myself, I am extremely disappointed on how badly my family is being treated at one of my former stores. Please take a round turn on these issues so I can proudly recommend people to frequent this store again.
