I have spent most of my life in Charlotte but have traveled all over the world eating&drinkIng great wines. My husband&I were so excited to find Terra a few years back.The staff is kind and fun they know their stuff.Now the food.My husband loves the escargots(the only place in Charlotte that offers this).I love the pate en croute this is ground pork ,beef,& veal ,wrapped in puff pastry w/ a drizzle of reduction of port wine.Love it!! What a great restaurant. It is located next to Starbucks on Providence Rd. (Myers Park/Eastover area). The owner is in the restaurant nightly and makes you feel very welcome. The osso bucco was "fall of the bone" delicious and the wine was great! The owner even took care of a table that was being loud and obnoxious. All around an A+++
