We were waiting at the register and two workers were just talking to each other while not helping the line move through. The girl who took our order was very short and rude. Out of four workers only one was making drinks. My drink was all ice.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I understand it was probably extra busy since it was the day after the 4th of July, but that doesn't excuse how rude and unprofessional some of the staff were, especially an employee named Love. My friend and I ordered two drinks and ended up waiting for over an hour. After about 30 minutes, we asked about our order because customers who ordered after us were already getting their drinks. I’m waiting 40 min and the ladies are gossiping. The store is mess, coffee spilled behind the counter everywhere

Management has failed this staff, they should send staff members to other fast paced locations to train so they can learn the real momentum/standard of how Starbucks runs, it took 40min for 2 drinks and many other customers were complaining of the long waiting time, no proper training plus no well trained manager on sight equals a disaster for the unfortunate staff and customers.

Absolutely not worth stopping here. All their drinks are pure water.
