terrible. i tried to defend them, truly but as all these other reviewers I also had a bad experience. the staff are rude & unprofessional, cant say much more.
They really need to work on their nasty attitudes, and pay attention to costumer service, if im paying +8 dollars for a drink i expect a well made drink, not just foam and a bunch of ice, went back nice girl did my drink again and her other co-worker started complaining saying that is supposed to be like that when it was obviously incorrect.
2 people supposedly working and sllloooowwww. Floors are a mess. Counters dirty. Service very slow and people walking out when realizing the situation. One of the workers was very snotty. We waited extra long because they gave us our one drink and forgot the other, had theyve not been snotty, Id of asked them about the second drink sooner
Terrible service. Expect a 30-minute wait for an espresso while the staff ignores you to hang out and tell jokes. The lack of professionalism here is stunning. If you actually want coffee and not a front-row seat to their social hour, go somewhere else. I won't be returning.
Slow to only 2 workers. Keep on messing up orders like crazy. Wait for my husband drink. I feel like they had forgotten his order. 25 minutes later. They need help. I feel for the workers.
