been waiting 20 mins for an iced coffee. Staff keep disappearing. Lots of folks waiting longer
Horrible customer service. They prioritize pickup orders over the line of customers.
What an appalling experience at this store. Over 30 minutes for two drinks. Three employees sauntering around behind the counter in slow motion talking with one another. Zero hustle. No apologies for the wait. Never encountered this work ethic and attitude at any Starbucks in 35 years of ordering there. In reading the other reviews, this isn’t isolated. they need lower than 1 star review because they are rude and check your hot drinks because they don't fill it up all the way and I go there everyday 2 or 3 times per day just to see if they change but they don't I'm not going to go there anymore or spend money there after today and don't spend money in that location go else were and rude staff most of all and all the drinks not filled all the way
very disgusting, very dirty windows not clean ,the glass by coffee machine never cleaned ! and slow service
