I gave this place 3 chances and I'm ngl I absolutely hate their coffee and lattes so much. I try to order different things to see if it will still be nasty and unfortunately it is! I never want to be the one to leave a bad review but sadly this location definitely deserves it. However, I do like the customer service at this location. Lastly, If you want to buy a drink that tastes like shit happily be a customer at this location.
Not sure if the cashier was just having a bad morning, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. I asked one simple question and she rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. That kind of behavior is not what I expect from Starbucks. Really disappointing experience — won’t be coming back to this location.
I usually don’t do reviews, but Jose absolutely made my day with how kind and friendly he was. He made my simple coffee run memorable. my matcha has never tasted better:)
