I spent the weekend up in Cherokee and both visits to the Starbucks in the Cherokee tower were the worst ever. I will not come back. I will walk all the way over to the mountain tower starbucks before I ever come back to this one. The whole staff needs training on how to make a caramel machiatto! Sunday i waited over 25 minutes for my cup of coffee only to have them try to remake it again because it was not a caramel machiatto.
