New employees are horrible. Rude, with a false sense of confidence. Act like they know what they are doing, but ask you to repeat your very simple but specific order 3 times before they get it on the system right, but then hand you the wrong drink. I ordered my drink with whole milk, and it even says it on the order sticker, but it is not whole milk.
