I came in a few days ago to get a coffee for my daughter and had the worst experience ever.. Young lady whose name started with a C (I believe it was a Claire?) took my order and had a horrible attitude with me. She proceeded to take my order and I saw her roll her eyes 😡 On top of that, my drink was made incorrectly. Do better Starbucks!
It's 3:10pm on a Wednesday January 14th 2026. They young man and woman were so amazing and kind. Took a little change out of the tip jar to help me get a frappe and also walking out I spilt it and the young kind lady replaced it when I come In to get a cup to save what was left in it. Best customer service I've had at a starbucks from Florida to heree in Chatsworth GA at the Ingles location. Thank u guys for being so great . God bless u and yours. .-corey Taylor
Worst experience I’ve had in a long time i always get a trenta refresher with no ice for years now and it’s always filled to the brim and they tried to tell me it’s corporate very funny when I get this all the time and have never had any issues at any other do not waste your time go to food city where they treat you right and don’t give attitude cause your there
