I have tried to give this Starbucks in Kroger a fair chance, but every time I order it is messed up. First, my drink is never filled to the top, despite my order never changing and I receive the drink correctly at other locations. Secondly, the order itself is nearly always messed up, too. I've been going to that coffee shop for about a year now, and I really love it because the service is great. The girls who work there are so nice, and I think they even know me. Thanks, never change.
Went in to shop at Kroger and decided I'd get a drink from Starbucks. I stood there for a few minutes and the girl didn't even acknowledge me. I gave up and walked away.
