Ordered a bagel and drink for delivery. The cream cheese wasn’t on my bagel, it was on the side in a container. Didn’t get a bread knife either - thankfully we have some at work. My drink (iced banana bread matcha latte) tasted more milk than anything else, which was super disappointing since I was raving about this drink yesterday from a different Starbucks. Will be hesitant ordering from this specific Starbucks from now on.
I ordered for a friend a Peppermint mocha latte and specifically said, with almond milk. I am not a coffee drinker so when this girl asked me how many pump of this and that of whatever, I told her, I’m ordering for a friend and all she asked me to get is Peppermint Mocha Latte w/ almond milk bec she can’t have regular milk,she’s allergic to it. Drinks are always made well and staff are always friendly as well!
I order 2 drinks and 30 minutes later I am still waiting for one of them. I wouldn't mind if they were busy or if someone wasn't stocking the full snacks
i came there 15 min before they close and they had a message saying sorry we’re closed and i said what the **** like to me friend because we spent more than $30 there and then we get to the window and they lock the door, plus proceed to lock the front door. and we went to the door and they were like omg we were scared and my boyfriend had to calm them down…im sorry but why are u scared abt me cursing to my friend like please 😭 my and my friend would love our money back abt this service plus they were rude…im so sick of this... read more
