The staff were friendly, but both me and my fiancée got what tasted like warm milk and no blonde espresso. The cashier also didn’t know what wet meant for a cappuccino, and explaining it I got a bit of a side eye when it’s on their own menu. Just not the greatest when we spent $35+ on our order in total. Just not the greatest experience.
The customer service here has gotten really disappointing. I was trying to place an order while my baby was crying in the back seat, and instead of any patience or understanding, I was met with, “I did NOT understand a word you said,” in a very rude tone. I responded that my baby was crying, and was then told, “Well I can’t help you,” then someone else took over taking my order on the mic. I understand things can be busy, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were really frustrating
Gave me 2 pieces of bread with cheese in the middle. Took it back, no apologies, just snatched the bag, threw it on the counter told me to be ready at the end of the counter and walked away. Terrible customer service
If i could rate this store a 0 i would. I went through the drive thru , waited a long line. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. when i received it my sandwich was not cooked at all it was freezing cold and my pink drink tasted like water. i was trying to tell the lady at the window what was wrong and she shut the door in my face. i parked and walked in to get a refund because at that point i didn’t even want the drink or the food.
