Visit on 13DEC2025 (2:30 pm): Absolutely terrible attitude by one of the workers over there. She seems to be a manager and she's always standoffish and mean to people. She talks to myself and customers in a very condescending manner. I'm not sure what management hasn't addressed this issue yet and why they haven't had a talk with her. In a previous visit about 2 weeks ago she was yelling at people and screaming people's names in such a loud way that it was very uncomfortable to sit there. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they don’t know what light ice is. they rush and tried to make 2 drinks at once and one has light ice but the other has ice to the top. Unacceptable. and they seriously charge extra for light ice? disappointing. It took me 3 sips to finish.
