I mobile order almost every morning and pick it up through the drive-through and no matter who I get, they are always so friendly and polite. They always remember I like a straw and dont even have to ask anymore for one. Even this morning (7/1), I ordered and all I had to do was say my name and the women at the window said my name back to me like she was so happy to see me haha. It’s the little things like that that make it such a great and personal experience.
Cold brew wasn't made correctly but still good.
I visit this Starbucks almost every day and have always enjoyed coming here until my experience yesterday. I went through the drive-thru and handed the employee my phone to scan my Starbucks Rewards account. Before I had a chance to pay, she became rude and disrespectful. When I asked if she was okay because I was confused by her reaction, the situation escalated.
