Update: well , so much for wonderful customer service, the young lady here in the drive thru with the koolaid red long hair at 5:29 pm does not need to be servicing customers , she was clearly irritated from the moment I took my order . I took the drink from here and said thank you , she didn’t say anything back and I said thank you out loud again , nothing , then I said you need to check your attitude and she boldly said I do too. This review is not about the quality of the product, but the customer experience! My order was correct; however, the interaction I had at the drive thru was unexpectedly dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. While picking up a mobile order, I was met with communication that felt unusually abrupt and unwelcoming; something noticeably different from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. Girl working the register at 9:30am today (May 29th) needs to get with the program. She was glazed over when we were ordering, then had to clarify every single thing we said because she wasn’t listening, and our order was STILL effed up.

Thank you to the wonderful drive-thru workers this morning on my birthday , being so cheerful at 7:30am and even asking if I wanted them to sing happy birthday 😅. Your service was above and beyond on my special day , I frequent this Starbucks because of the service and you two made it even better .
