I come to this location once a week and order my usual. My coffee is never full. The first time I was like maybe something happened but after the fourth time I let the lead know. If we pay for a certain size don't short the customer. I have never had this experience at other Starbucks locations and I order daily. Please work to correct this issue. I am certain I am not the only customer experiencing this.
Best Starbucks in all of Charlotte, hands down. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the staff at this location. They are always so kind, friendly and extremely prompt with service every single time and it always makes my day :). Everyone at this location deserves a raise.
I tried starbucks for the first time at this location and its safe to say i was blown away!! the workers were so nice! I would HIGHLY recommend the chai latte! so yummy
