Need to work on their staffing or processes. 2 girls were working, 1 busting her behind up front doing EVERYTHING, the other in the back maybe doing prep work. The line is at least 30min long. One drink was great, but unfortunately the other was not. Hire more ppl or do prep-work when there’s no customers.
Good food, but service is extremely slow
Served me what they wanted! Certainly not what I ordered. Look like I got someones left over with a little more drink added to the Cup. Won't be going back to this location
Placed an online order for pick up on my way to work. “Drive through only” the line is wrapped around store and now I’m late. Nobody answers the door or phone. Why allow online orders if you can’t quickly pick it up?
This poor Starbucks is getting bad reviews on drive thru experiences when it is in a target. The barista who took my order (and has in the past) is always so kind and friendly and makes the cups cute. Always brings a smile to my face before I’ve had a sip.
