I went in the other day before class and one of the workers, named Shayla I believe, was very unprofessional. Her attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive when receiving my order. I am very displeased at the service I received from her.

If I'm not on campus, I'm not going to any other starbucks. The baristas are so kind and always greet everyone coming in. There is a starbucks on my way in to campus (I live off campus), and I'd much rather skip it and come to this location.
I went to this Starbucks a couple of days ago and I had the rudest experience with a barista, telling me that they ran out of everything, I took a minute to think about what I wanted and during that he kept rolling his eyes and kept looking at me so rude, when I finally figured out what I wanted he asked if if “I knew English”. His name is Omar something but he is a tall dark skinned worker.
