This Starbucks has the rudest employees I’ve ever experienced..every time I visit. Between being rushed through the drive through and then having a poor attitude when double checking my order because they got it wrong on the screen…every time I come here these girls seem absolutely miserable… This was my last straw at this location. I’d rather drive way out of my way than have to overpay for garbage service.
Extremely disappointing experience. My drink was barely half full, and the cold foam was completely watery with zero texture or thickness. Definitely not worth what they charge. Do better.
Only 4 stars I only got a coffee was really good on a cold wet rainy day
We really want this to be our go-to spot when we’re doing drive through, but it’s becoming more and more difficult to keep going. It’s about a 50% rate of getting the order wrong. They don’t put the orders on the screen outside so you don’t know if they got it right. No labels on the cups, so there is always confusion about which drink is what and if it’s right. I hope they can start figuring it out because we want this location to be great!
