The worse starbucks in the city. Theo was horrible and incompetent on Thursday August 5th morning. Missed my pick up order and then argued that I should be in que as her missing it was not the problem. Sad, coz this is the closest starbucks but will not be going back again because of horrible and disrespectful customer service who refuse to see their own mistakes.
Bad service!!! . Second time I ordered here through the application and they don’t have the food I have already been charged . Waiting for a long time and they don’t tell you until you ask about it , they just said they don’t have it and you have to ask for a refund in Kroger customer service, why we just don’t get the money back to our Starbucks app? My server was super sweet and genuine. He asked what I was asking for the day-if anything special. A quick small talk while waiting for my breakfast, and just the interaction shifted my mood. I left smiling, and I'm a good mood!! Thank you!!
