Starbucks continues to be the best. I have tried other coffee spots and they just can't compare to starbucks
I ordered a white mocha cream cold brew. The cashier at the drive thru handed me a cold brew with no cream on it, and when I tried to hand it back to get it remade, she insisted that I didn't order a cold brew with cream. Won't be going back.
I arrived here at opening 4 am. I walked up and the doors were locked but people were there. I then waited 15 mins and tried again. This time doors were still locked but I could see people and them me. I knocked lightly to ask how long would they be open and I was completely ignored. It was on purpose and very awkward. They all knew I was there but just chose to ignore me. If your already late to open and your customers are curious to know when to come back. I don't suggest ignoring them. So they messed up my order, and I try to bring it to their attention, nobody really seemed too eager to help me out, finally got a hold of somebody to remake the order, and this is what they hand me. It really makes me sad to know that there are people like this out there. I refuse to believe that you didn't know that it wasn't appropriate to hand somebody a drink that is like literally 50% foam. Just shameful.
