Always a pleasant experience. I stop here every two weeks and I have never seen anything except the very best from both the staff and quality of their products.
Ordered a grande nitro cold brew…this is what I was handed. Half the coffee, full price.
I went through the drive through today I ordered my drink she got it completely wrong when I let her know what I actually wanted she would just keep talking over me and not listen to a word I said to the point I had to tell her to stop talking she also messed up the order for the people In front of me when I got to the window to pay the manager maybe thought she was my boss? Tell your people to stop and listen to the customer and maybe the experience will be better for them!
