I’m normally not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. I ordered a grande iced pecan crunch latte with soy milk. The employee grabbed the wrong size cup, rang the drink up with matcha even after I corrected her, and then the drink was still made with matcha. When it was remade, she used 2% milk instead of soy. I do not recommend this place at all. I order a Venti French vanilla iced coffee with banana cold foam on top. It tasted like water and barely has some ice employees are rude. My strawberry Matcha loft was cold.
My first time there. It was so busy. My order was to be ready at 1207pm it wasnt ready until almost 1225pm. My order was missing parts of it. I was only asked once if I could be helped. It was not a good experience. Probably my only visit.
