Exceptional service with a smile. I’ve worked customer service for a very long time and Beatrice is a top tier employee. She’s working harder and faster by herself than my usual Starbucks fully staffed. It’s super busy and she is professional, friendly, giving recommendations while making delicious drinks efficiently. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
No thank you .No smile.Chitchatting among themselves.But it wont bother Starbucks as they don’t care much about customer experience .This is inside the Macy’s.
I wait for 35 minutes after my order ..and we order 2 coffee..both like water no taste ..i waste my money ..
amazing team always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. favorite location in the area. plz don’t remove the ham and swiss baguette again.
