I love how they always ask for tips after every coffee but when they use a drivers service app. to order ice (7 bags) they needed they don’t tip the driver a cent. thanks Starbucks
The Starbucks inside Macy's at Gurnee Mills allways gives the best service and takes great care of myself and my crew. Thank you especially to Coral! Also, thank you to Peppermint Mochas for making me happier during the holiday season.
There were flies in the pastries. Very dirty
Las mesas, el piso del lugar y el lugar donde preparan las bebidas está super sucio. Lo más decepcionante fue que las empleadas del lugar se pusieron a grabar una pelea de unas señoritas mientras estaban en su lugar de trabajo. This is a busy Starbucks. It was difficult to get up to the ordering counter with the crowd and seating obstacles so decided to use the app. Waites about 15 mins for the order to arrive at the pickup counter. The lead employee was very friendly and positive. Drinks were good.
