I was really uncomfortable seeing Carli drinking from her own drink while preparing my order. I found this extremely unhygienic and honestly quite gross. Employees should not be drinking while handling customers’ food and beverages. I would expect basic food-safety and hygiene practices to be followed at Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks as it’s so convenient and the employees are always so nice as well as being fast and accurate, but as someone with back problems and trouble standing for long periods my favorite part about Starbucks in targets is the fact that it’s a cafe where I can take a break and sit, and the lack of seating or anything available makes this place unwelcoming and unaccomodating.

Honestly I won’t be back to this location. It’s unfortunate bc it’s convenient, but I’ll just have to drive a little farther for better service. Very slow paced, and I didn’t even get an apology when items were forgotten in my order. Then when I received the item it was aggressively placed on the pickup table as if the associate was annoyed at the fact that SHE was the one who forgot something. I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t speak on it then, but just know that you don’t treat paying customers as if they’re annoying you... read more
