Rude. Waited at the counter for 4-5 minutes to be helped without acknowledging us until we finally got helped. Told the lady at the counter that I have a diary sensitivity and my drink HAS to be made with oak milk, no other milk. She said ok. When my drink was made, I always verify with whoever made it to ensure it’s made with the correct milk because sometimes regular milk is used instead of what I requested.
