Listen i know that everyone has their drink preferences, but my boyfriend got a flat white something and let me just tell you that it takes a unique person to be able to drink that liquid saw dust. Came here this morning around 6:40 and ordered the venti iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso first it taste watered down and lacking any real flavor two I can’t even taste a hint of espresso in this drink and I they made super fast which I appreciate but doesn’t seem like quality came with quickness I’ve had this drink before from the John Glenn airport in Columbus and it tasted amazing and I had to wait for that one do not come here if you’re looking for quality

Ordered a mobile drink miles away, so I knew it probably would be ready when I arrived or shortly after . We'll I waited for probably 15 more minutes inside. I believe a new EE was making drinks which I understand are building up speed. But when 4-5 other EE's are just walking around , not assisting her while customers wait is ridiculous. Then after waiting the 15 , im asked what im waiting for. Which she was then working on after making drive thru orders a priority over mine.
