It was really busy but they were all working so hard and trying to stay positive. They did great! Rob, Melissa and Grace were all wonderful!!!
Came in for an afternoon pick me up last week for my wife and I, the staff was friendly and our drinks were delicious. Melissa was very helpful with suggestions. We were both very happy with our drinks. Thank you!
The baristas/workers at this location were some of the worst employees working in a customer service based job I’ve ever experienced. One barista continually talked down to us. Then when another barista made our order wrong and we tried to correct it even before she was done making it the original girl told us it was our own fault when the correct order was on the ticket placed directly on the cup. After this the two girls traded looks and laughs at us. Disgusting.
Everyone is sooo nice.
