Was at the drive thru on 8/31/25 waiting for my order. It was taking longer than usual so obviously they were having some problems with the person in front of me. After a drink went back twice for being made incorrectly the cashier on the third time decided to throw the drink at the customers in their car. I was completely disgusted by the behavior. my friend came in here 8/31/2025 and ordered chai drink that she always does. it was made incorrectly, she KINDLY asked for it to be remade, it was remade again incorrectly. after KINDLY asking a third time, a different employee served her drink, a heavier set man with long dark hair. and when it was AGAIN incorrect, he threw it into her car and onto her. when the police where called every single employee on shift lied and said it “spilled”. spilled on the PASSENGER seat? absolutely appalled and disgusted by this behavior an... read more
