Waited in line for about 8 minutes. Get to order and all I wanted was a cup of ice. As I am 7 months pregnant. I’m sure most moms can relate to this craving. Plus it’s the good ice lol. Unfortunately, you have to order something with the cup of ice and it can’t even be water smh. It has to be an actual drink. So I ordered a strawberry lemonade with a cup of ice. I don’t agree with this policy and I wouldn’t mind just paying for a cup of ice. Or just charge me for a drink. Starbucks what can be done?
Out of all locations in the area this is the best one, drinks are always made perfectly, the employees are really helpful and friendly. I would take the extra few minute drive to come to this one specifically.
I did an online order pickup at 9am (for inside counter pickup). When I got to the store they had a sign on their door that said their lobby was closed because they’re short staffed . I got back in my car went to go through the line and it was wrapped around the building almost out to Home Depot. I called the store and asked the worker if someone could just bring it to the front door . She told me no and said only the drive through is available. First of all , I can't complain about the service or coffee. Your food on the other hand is DISGUSTING. I dont know how but I accidentally ordered a Bacon Sausage and egg wrap on my app. Figured id give it a shot. It was way to hot . Thus tells me its not fresh but frozen and nuked. Tasted like complete mush. Absolutely no flavor what so ever. 2 bites and I just couldn't take another. Absolutely gross. Ill stick with my coffee .
