Gotten my drink wrong more than once the past week. Said my drink was ready when I mobile order only to not have started it. Rude staff, not only to me but I witnessed them being rude to another customer. Abysmal at best.
The credit card reader forces you into a tip. To avoid it, you have to choose "other" and make the tip $0. It feels wrong to be corraled into tipping someone for simply doing their job.
Ordered only iced matcha with lavender. Not bad but it’s like normal matcha.
