The lady serving me seemed like she was having a bad day. She came off very annoyed and apparently in order to get a proper drink you have to learn Italian. To me when you say "LARGE" that's usually the universal sign that you want the biggest size that they have. All of the other Starbucks that I frequent do not have this problem. The workers here are not ok. You’d think they were being held at gun point with their attitude. I know people can be jerks, but I’m always so nice. I asked a question about the pathetic looking croissant I ordered and they looked at me like I was nuts. It’s worth driving a few more minutes to the standalone location for better service and coffee/food.
Nice place for grocery and also sip of SB
Gotten my drink wrong more than once the past week. Said my drink was ready when I mobile order only to not have started it. Rude staff, not only to me but I witnessed them being rude to another customer. Abysmal at best.
