The location of this coffee shop is perfect for travelers to take a break and relax after a long drive. I had a chai latte and it was delicious and well prepared. A great place to refresh and recharge on the way. Highly recommended.
This starbucks inspired me to write my first ever review on google. The slowest and most inconsiderate mobile order pickup experience I’ve ever had at a starbucks. We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, watching other customers that came after us into the store get their drinks before us. The drink was handed with the lid not even fully put on, and they forgot the wrap we ordered and had to be reminded of it. There were like only 4 other customers. Incompetent service and blatant lying!! I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher with green tea base. They handed me a mango dragonfruit lemonade instead. When I corrected them, they claimed they’d remake it. I watched them make it with water, not green tea. When I called this out, they lied straight to my face about what they’d just made in front of me. The final product (see photo) wasn’t even close to what I ordered.
