Food wasn't available, wait was long, and coffee was undrinkable (watered down and way too much syrup).
Ive never experienced a more unprofessional rude and disrespectful Starbucks employee. After waiting on the drive thru line for 30 minutes we were instructed to go inside of Starbucks to order. The male employee who requested that we go inside was arrogant and rude. Will definitely choose NJ or MD in the future. Our apologies…. Would have been more than suffice. But he chose to be nasty about it
Really rates a zero. Fully staffed yet people next to us have been waiting 30 minutes. We have been waiting 15 already after ordering. They stopped all ordering for a shift change. Lots of people gave up and left. Smart move. UPDATE. 30 minutes and still waiting for food.
