I am a big Starbucks fan. EXCEPT for the Starbucks at the Biden Welcome Center. I have stopped there twice a week on my commute for years and in the last several months it has really gone downhill. I hate to write a poor review, but I have spoken to 'managers' on several occasions and nothing changes. They are always out of food. The line/wait is ridiculous even if you use the app. Several people last weekend complained they waited 20mins and got the wrong coffee. This place deserve a zero star rating This is literally my third worst experience First time - made me wait 30 mins and gave me a cold coffee which was already made and asked me to wait Second time - app says ready drive thru pickup, asks me to come inside and made me wait another 20 mins Third - drive thru pickup again asked to come inside only to learn the drink cannot be made no protein and cancel your order through app
Unfortunately, this location is very hit or miss. I frequent this location and the drive through seems to be closed more and more. Service inside is slow. The ladies at the counter are super helpful but severely understaffed which is causing the slow service.
Delay , delay , delay worst management, no proper employee’s , worst service waited more than 20minutes . Don’t use drive - thru at all
Terrible experience. No hi or anything. Store opened at 5am and the drive thru was not open at 6. Waited and no one said anything had to park and go inside. Went for a second time the other day. Rude and they open the drive thru whenever they feel like it. If the drive thru is closed. Add a sign so customers are not wasting their time. Never stopping at this Starbucks Fer ever again.
