This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced‼ I ordered on the mobile app 20 minutes ahead of time, but they were out of lemonade AND never called to let me know. On top of that, I waited inside the store for another 15 minutes. When I finally asked about my drink, the staff acted like it was my fault for ordering it and told me, “We threw away the lemonade ingredients two hours ago.” What an absolute joke. Great if you've got 30 minutes to spare and want to walk back inside to have your order corrected.
Waited for 20 mins for my order placed on the app. And then when I ask they said they are out of the item. Worst store.
