Terrible experience. No hi or anything. Store opened at 5am and the drive thru was not open at 6. Waited and no one said anything had to park and go inside
Mean employees, wrong order, inconsistent
I always enjoyed stoping here on my way to MD. But recently this place has gone worse and worse. Today it was a disaster. I will give it one more shot next time. After that, if it doesn’t improve, I will gladly buy my coffee elsewhere on my weekly trip to MD.
It’s crazy how Starbucks being such a large company and doesn’t even franchise, has such poor quality of service. Even though this SB location has crazy daily traffic, and 7-8 staff, they have ZERO knowledge of speed. Starbucks, seriously, wth you doing? Fix your operations… this is ridiculous.
