Really horrible service, very long wait not because big line but because of workers don’t care if you waiting, when other group of Starbucks employees standing and chatting with each others, costumer service is -5 star
I’ve never encountered such rude and arrogant staff anywhere before. They messed up my coffee order not once, but twice, and even when I politely told them it wasn’t what I ordered, they responded with extreme rudeness and laughed at me. On top of that, the coffee didn’t even taste good. It was a terrible experience for me, and I will definitely never buy anything from this place again.
Worst Starbucks experience ever. The cashier was rude. I ordered 2 tall caramel fraps with extra caramel and a grande latte. He only rang me up for the latte and I asked about the fraps and he said “what’s fraps”. He was visibly annoyed that he made a mistake. I wait 20 mins for my drinks and they call my name for the latte and it’s a tall. My first stop here, the manager was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. This time, the service was better but the young man filled half my cup with matcha(it was a lot) and it was disgusting. They were trying to tell me that it’s because I used honey to sweeten it. I had the lady remake it and it came out fine. My sandwiches are also cold. This was definitely a waste of money
