Of all of the Starbucks I have been to, this one is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! The associates working the register and counter were rude and have NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THIS STARBUCKS IS AN OXYMORON!! Avoid visiting this Starbucks unless you just want to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I visited this Starbucks on Thursday, February 20.
This was the worst experience I have had at any Starbucks, I was unaware that Starbucks has become a daycare franchise for the employees. An employee brought her 2 children in with her for her shift, leaving them to run around unsupervised acting like it was a personal playground. I go to Starbucks to study and have my tea not to play with children, I was under the understanding that this was an adult environment not a daycare.
