It’s alright… no complaints with the food or people, but this is another “rebranded” hotel cafe with Starbucks regalia. Prices are inflated compared to your usual retail location, which is honestly disheartening given the brand’s focus on consistency. Tip: you can use a preloaded Starbucks card, but they won’t let you scan for stars since this is technically a LOEWS coffee shop and not a real SBUX. Stayed awake at the Surfside and had coffee at the Starbucks every single morning. They have the best staff always to registers open and 5+ people working behind the counter everything is super fast they are awesome thank you very much for a great vacation.
Great place to get a good cup off coffee and get some work done. Staff is great and prompt. Overall great spot!
They really shouldn’t put this on the map if it can’t be reached without a hotel reservation.
Love love love this starbucks! Love the employees and the quick service! We've stayed at the surf side the past two years while visiting universal and this starbucks and the employees make my early mornings a lot easier. They're friendly, never get my order wrong and are always going out of their way to be kind even when others are not so kind to them!
