I'm not normally a fan of Starbucks, but Mike is awesome! Great service, as a business owner I'd love a team like that
Six people watching one person work. When “watching “ staff does lend a hand - rude. Management on hand but not addressing staff. One staff member super loud and aggressive, was spoken to briefly without change in behavior. If I was Disney would consider changing contract with this “non-Starbucks “.
