I stopped by there today at 11:40. I ordered an Americano—I got the coffee to perk myself up. I got in my car and started driving. I went to take a sip, and the coffee was just water; they hadn't put any coffee in it at all. Starbucks owes me a coffee—I hope the management hears this. You’re really devaluing your brand with this kind of thing. Please get in touch with me and treat me to an Americano.
Absolutely WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. There is no hot food for 4 days and no one bothered to fix the machine. Barista is moving at the speed of snail. There is no wait but took 30 minutes to get food
Just went there and there was one employee who said nothing when I went up to the counter and I had to ask if opened. She shook her head and I asked when they’d be open. She shook her head. I asked if they’d be open today. She said no. No explanation. Nothing. So rude.
The staff here never fails to do an amazing job on making my drink for me and my wife they are so fast and always make it with love best Starbucks
