Respectful staff
This was one of the slowest and dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Employees just stood and talked to each other, completely ignoring the backup of customers’ orders. I know this is more of a convenient stop since it’s located in a service plaza however I do believe a corporate review is in order here.

Worst Starbucks ever!! 20 people waiting to pickup and we hear girl behind the counter say she doesn’t have any drinks to be made. Somebody should have noticed sooner!!
Painful to give low star to business. But the reason was either this location needs additional staff for specific days when expecting a crowd. We stopped at Starbucks to get refreshments . In front of us there were about 7 - 8 people. We waited around 15 mins and not even 4 people moved in the line !!. Hope they service faster in future. This is not a cafe where people sit relax and don’t mind waiting on the order. We left without ordering after waited for ~15+ min and took a Togo cold coffee from convenience store.
