Before highlighting the awesome cast member Kai. Here is something new I found. This chair allows you to sit inside the AC and enjoy your drink while charging your phone with the outlet built behind it. There are only 2 chairs in this whole place. But love this new thing I found. Now. Kai from the U of Diluth in Minnesota is great. Easy attitude. Represents the Disney Brand well. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST STARBIES ON EARTH
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. Kenzie took my order, and when I went to order my second drink, she gave me a total without politely asking if I wanted anything else. I ordered a total of 6 drinks. Throughout the interaction, her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks, and unfortunately, the experience left a very poor impression. I visited this Starbucks inside Animal Kingdom and had a disappointing experience with a team member. The representative, Anthony from La Victoria, Venezuela, seemed annoyed when I greeted him and asked if we could speak Spanish. His expression and attitude felt dismissive, and he continued in English with a curt tone. I always expect basic courtesy, and this interaction fell short. Hopefully the team can focus on more consistent, respectful service.
