I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. Kenzie took my order, and when I went to order my second drink, she gave me a total without politely asking if I wanted anything else. I ordered a total of 6 drinks. Throughout the interaction, her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks, and unfortunately, the experience left a very poor impression. I visited this Starbucks inside Animal Kingdom and had a disappointing experience with a team member. The representative, Anthony from La Victoria, Venezuela, seemed annoyed when I greeted him and asked if we could speak Spanish. His expression and attitude felt dismissive, and he continued in English with a curt tone. I always expect basic courtesy, and this interaction fell short. Hopefully the team can focus on more consistent, respectful service.
The best Starbucks I’ve been to. When I said I had an allergy, someone came out to make my drink in a sanitized cup, and when my son dropped his cake pop, someone handed him a new one without us asking. The drinks tasted better than any other Starbucks I’ve had!! Wish I could go here every day (for many reasons!)
