Great coffee spot
They didn't put my name on my coffee and 4 people picked it up looking at it before we decided it was probably mine, then they completely forgot my eggbites. After sitting there watching people come in, order and get their food and coffee and leave for 35 minutes, I inquired and they went oops and then finally cooked mine. Took me 40 plus minutes to get my egg bites. I don't Starbucks back home, I use the local Mom and Pop coffee shops and this just reminds me why.
I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and cinnamon powder, and when I received it, the bottom of the drink had white clumps and residue that looked very unusual (see photo). I’ve ordered this same drink many times before and it has never looked like that. I went back to the counter and explained the issue, but instead of offering to remake the drink, they told me it was just a “normal reaction” between oat milk and cinnamon. Friendly and quick and clean thank ya
This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. Rude employees just talking and hanging out behind the counter. We waited for over 30 mins for a drip coffee and mango refresher. I never write bad reviews. They could not care any less about trying to move the line.
