I had a somewhat frustrating experience at this location. Ordered a hot tea with no food. It's a bit loud due to the coffee machines and the blending they do. I was waiting and waiting AND Waiting for my tea. I looked at the pick up table and saw a single beverage, but it was a macchiato not a tea. The other beverages on the pick up table had a food item with them so I didn't care to check those beverages. They turn off mobile ordering , not staffed to handle the crowds
Chris was absolutely phenomenal tonight at this location. He was well mannered and answered our questions honestly. Attention to detail and knowledge for our friend who has allergies was on point!
