11/06/2025 a day to remember. let me start by saying that, if all the employees are going to overrule the customers and that it is okay with corporate maybe I am just wasting my time by writing this. Bad experience. The partners were dismissive and made my drink wrong twice. The older ginger lady that was making my drink wasn’t following drink standards. I had to go to another location to have my drink remade. As a Starbucks partner, I know the standard and how we need to be treating our customers and they didn’t follow that at all.
