Katie is so very kind and sweet - the perfect person to greet you in the morning when starting your day. I had a terrible experience the day before at a Starbucks - I won’t mention the manager’s name (fern creek location) and told Katie about it - she apologized and took such great care of me - a top notch associate!
My local coffee and the staff is SO nice! Honestly they are always in such great moods regardless of how early it is! Always one of my favorite stops!
I have become a regular at this particular store, which is my go to place when I don't want to work fom home all day, or right before I start my day. The staff here is great, and you can see them kinda having fun through the day. Big shout out to Nathaniel! Super friendly and remembers customer names!!!! 1000/10 points... but in general pretty much all the staff I have interacted with it's pretty cool.
