Walked into this Starbucks, stood at the counter, and was completely ignored. Four employees behind the counter, not one acknowledged me—not a word, not a glance. After a few minutes of being blatantly disregarded, I left and went to the location near Costco in Kyle where I was helped immediately, and have had consistent 5 star interactions in the past. This is the second time I’ve ordered in the App for in -Store pick-up at least 10-11 minutes before I arrive to the Store. And this is the second time I’ve had to wait for either my drink or oven item. Oh and this time I didn’t get the Green Tea I ordered either. This is some other kind of tea all together and definitely not the Stevia in the raw I normally get in my green tea. Darkest green tea I’ve ever seen.
