I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location today. I was there with my baby and kindly asked Cameron for a cup of tap water. He refused and told me that I needed to purchase something in order to receive a cup of water. I understand that policies may vary, but denying a simple cup of tap water especially to a mother with her baby felt unnecessary and lacking basic courtesy.
