So I don't generally review Starbucks I go to while I'm traveling but I have to review this one. First of all, the service was excellent, very friendly. Baristas. The reason I'm leaving this review is to tell you not to park up against the right side of the store in this picture. I parked there and went inside to get a coffee and when I came out the drive-thru line extended beyond me by about four cars and I ended up sitting there for almost 20 minutes not able to back out 🙂
I ordered drinks through the app on the way to meeting a friend. When I pulled into the parking lot it was incredibly busy. I walked inside, waited in line. When the person in front of me was finished I told the cashier I wasn’t able to wait and my intention was to cancel my order. She went into, let me help you mode, and walked down to see if they were made at which point I followed her. Waited 25 minutes for my coffee then cancelled the order because would not be ready for 10-15 minutes more.
Literally spent 40 minutes in line and that is even after someone who had already ordered left the line! I keep hoping it will improve but it seems like it’s just getting worse. Was so happy to have a Starbucks in N Ridgeville but will start commuting back to Avon or Weatlake
