The barista could be a better listener. Everytime I go I ALWAYS order 2 Caramel White Mochas. The last time, they were both plain chocolate mocha. This time, for some reason the first on was a white mocha and the 2nd was a regular. And both locations here in Fairbanks are pretty slow.
One of the employees named alexandria is the best and sooooo helpful when it came to my first time coming in definitely coming in again
There was only one lady attending and she was clearly struggling. I ordered 6 pumpkin spice lattes and it took her the life to get them ready, plus she was confused with the orders. Credit Card machine didn’t work properly either. I understand Alaska manages a different pace, but if someone is struggling, help would be recommended.
