I was at my favorite Starbucks on Airport way the other day and was helped by Lucia who was just delightful. So much so that it made me want to stop and put in a nice comment for her. Thank you for the nice smile, Lucia. Keep up the amazing work!! ☺️

You take forever with my order and I have no choice but to get a refund and you keep my tip. This is the worst company. Your employees ignore the lobby too .
The barista could be a better listener. Everytime I go I ALWAYS order 2 Caramel White Mochas. The last time, they were both plain chocolate mocha. This time, for some reason the first on was a white mocha and the 2nd was a regular. And both locations here in Fairbanks are pretty slow.
