One girl working this morning with a handful of customers. She was so fast and efficient. Kept a positive attitude and really did an incredible job! Multiple people commented on her efforts!
I always love Starbucks and enjoy this one while getting my weekly groceries. Ive never encountered a bad experience until Hope. She is the most rude and unhappy employee I have met at a Kroger or Starbucks. She needs to be moved to a job she enjoys or go through some serious customer service training. Absolutely apalled at her attitude representing such a nice company.
