Aweful experience. Spent $20 on two drinks. Specified THREE times that I wanted crushed ice, not just and ordinary iced coffee. Why should I have to repeat myself so many times? Not a single adult worker in the place. If you want your order made the way you ask, I would not suggest going to this location. Absolutely horrible.
This place is bad for the SB brand
This location is incredibly slow and drinks are constantly made badly. Why would a caramel macchiato have this much foam? Especially one that is already being remade because it was nasty. Save your time and money and go to a different location.
Always busy, somewhat friendly
After a few times visiting this location and having my drinks made wrong plus the lack of customer service I feel the need to write a review. Who is this location managed by, a toddler? Do they require employees to know how to read? It doesn't seem so. I was there this morning, the person asked me at the window what was my order, I told her and she still handed me a completely different drink. After I left and took a sip, it's missing simple syrup.
