Service isn't the best.
Really disappointed with this location. My daughter was told to give them a sec and someone will be right there to take her order. As soon as a person who is not of color walks in they get assisted on the spot. And then they tried to help my daughter after them. I guess if we weren’t of color maybe they would have made it an urgency to take our order.
The weekend crew is not very friendly and sucks at making drinks. My drink was not fixed correctly cold foam looks like it didn’t even exist in the order. I do think I messed up & ordered in correctly I went back in to have it fixed I’m just standing there then I had to ask which end of counter should I go to bc I need the drink fixed I’ll pay for it etc the boy looks at me & say she just gave it to you no shit I have it in my hands & I said I told her I would come inside to have it fixed & things added he look at me like I ... read more
First 3 times of awful service thought it was them having a bad day and let it slide. This morning I quickly learned it’s the whole store. They all hate their job and lack the ability to hear. Owen drive can teach yall how to take care of customers!!!
Super fast and friendly service, great recommendation for new drink options, fantastic visit!
