Whoever had been writing on the cups needs a raise, because this is so sweet. I have been going here for about a year and a half now regularly. Thank you, Hope Mills Starbucks for tolerating my lactose intolerant self. You all are loved by this coffee fiend. ❤️❤️❤️
You can tell some of the staff do not feel like working by their customer service. They have the speakers SO loud there is no way to sit and handle any kind of business like most people enjoy doing at Starbucks. The lobby is always dirty and I have to get water to clean the tables. I just left today cause the music was so insanely loud and the lobby hadn’t been touched all day so I couldn’t do it today. I just wanted to relax. The star bucks in Barnes and noble is much better. The food isn't the greatest from this location. Any cold drink with ice is filled to the brim with ice. Even if you ask for lite ice, be prepared for it to 3/4 of your whole cup. Really isn't nice to spend $8 on a drink and only have it for 2 minutes. More like $8 for ice.
