After a few times visiting this location and having my drinks made wrong plus the lack of customer service I feel the need to write a review. Who is this location managed by, a toddler? Do they require employees to know how to read? It doesn't seem so. I was there this morning, the person asked me at the window what was my order, I told her and she still handed me a completely different drink. After I left and took a sip, it's missing simple syrup. Xavia provided the best service and was quick to smile and provided the best lemon loaf
Tried to get a drink here today. Drive thru line was so long so we went inside. Only 2 people working on a holiday weekend!? The 2 in there were trying their best and the guy said just to give him a minute. There’s no way that’s manageable for 2 people. I asked for the manager and apparently they weren’t there and wouldn’t be coming in today. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened at this location but it’s not. Their manager should be fired.
