First 3 times of awful service thought it was them having a bad day and let it slide. This morning I quickly learned it’s the whole store. They all hate their job and lack the ability to hear. Owen drive can teach yall how to take care of customers!!!
I normally love this location. Everyone is normally over the top friendly. Especially this one young man. Don't know his name but his customer service is TOP NOTCH. I hope he's still there, honestly. But today, I waited for literally over 20 minutes which okay, they're busy. Not a huge deal. But, after waiting so lomg, I'd expect my breakfast sandwich to br warm. Nope. Insane Starbucks still prioritizing mobile DoorDash drive thru over people standing in the store. Waited 15 minutes for a plain iced coffee before walking out. Insane.
